Today we celebrate our incredible Education Support staff for ES Appreciation Day 💙 Across the week, our school community has taken the opportunity to show gratitude and appreciation for the amazing work our ES staff do each and every day. From supporting students in classrooms and playgrounds, to providing wellbeing support, administration assistance, IT support, maintenance, OSHC and helping our school run smoothly behind the scenes, their impact is felt in every corner of our school.
Our ES staff build relationships, create calm in challenging moments, celebrate student success, and go above and beyond to ensure every child feels safe, supported, and included.
Thank you for your patience, care, dedication, humour, and unwavering commitment to our students and community. Torquay College simply would not be the same without you.

Our very excited Year 4 students headed off to Camp Wilkin in Anglesea on Wednesday for an unforgettable two-night adventure!
Over three fun-filled days, students challenged themselves, and created lasting memories through a range of exciting activities including the high ropes course, team building games, nature walks, rock climbing, archery, beach activities and so much more.
It was wonderful to see our students stepping outside their comfort zones and enjoying everything camp has to offer. A huge thank you to our staff and volunteers for helping make the camp such a special experience for everyone involved! 🏕️

Today we pause to remember and reflect.
Our School Captains proudly represented Torquay College at the local Dawn Service this morning, paying their respects alongside our community.
Yesterday, our school community came together for our own ANZAC service. Students and staff showed great respect as we remembered the courage, sacrifice and mateship of those who have served and continue to serve.

What an incredible achievement for our Cross Country team as they have taken out the City to Surf Cross Country title for the 4th year in a row!
In warm conditions, our students showed outstanding determination, resilience and school pride. Every runner gave it their all, pushing themselves right to the finish line.
We also saw some fantastic individual performances across all age groups, with many students achieving personal bests and stepping up when it mattered most.
A huge congratulations to all involved, runners, staff and supporters. This is a true reflection of our strong team culture and commitment to doing our best.

What an incredible achievement for Zoey and Zak! ⚽🌟
We’re so proud to celebrate their recent success representing Melbourne Victory at the Magic Cup on the Gold Coast. Competing against top talent from across the country, both showed outstanding skill, determination, and sportsmanship.
Zoey’s team went all the way, taking out the championship in their division 🏆, an amazing result! And to top it off, Zak was awarded MVP for his team 👏, a well-deserved recognition of his effort and performance.
An unforgettable experience and a huge achievement for both. Well done, Zoey and Zak! 💙⚽
