Flying Fun

The Year 5 and 6 students have been busy at work in the STEM CENTRE this Term coding, building and creating. They have been looking at drones and how they can help us in the future. They were given a design brief to build a business and website based around drones. All students had to sit a license test which involved questions from the CASA website and flying a drone simulator. Next was to learn the safety features of a drone then into coding and flying drones. The idea for the businesses were amazing with fantastic communication and collaboration throughout the project.
