STEM EXPO!

WOW! What an amazing turn out from parents, grandparents, uncles, aunties, carers and family’s to the Torquay College STEM Expo. This was a chance for students to show and share any learning from the areas of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics.

The STEM CENTRE was at capacity as the students had a chance to become teachers and show their guests how to code and construct. The STEM CENTRE was showcasing all the learning about coding and construction that Year 1, 2, 3 and 4 had been doing in Semester 1 in the STEM CENTRE. Feedback from the parents was amazing and was great to see the parents having a go and coding robots and building bridges!
