CATS Footy players visit Year 4

The Year 3 & 4 students were thrilled to have Senior GFC CATS Players visit Torquay College on Tuesday 12th March, as part of the Healthy Heroes educational program that encourages and inspires students to take positive action to protect and enhance their own health and wellbeing. AFL and AFLW role models, talk to students about the importance of keeping active, eating well, drinking water, reducing screen time and getting a good night’s rest.
