It was a ‘Great Day Out’!!

On Wednesday 14th of November the Grade Four students at Torquay College were lucky enough to spend the day down at Cosy Corner. We braved the weather conditions in the morning and expected that it was just not going to be kind for us today. However, by the time we had arrived at the beach the rain was gone and we didn’t see a drop again all day! The students had a wonderful time ‘Living and Learning by the Sea’, participating in beach games, beachcombing through the rock pools, and listening to Pete and Hillary from the Great Ocean Road Coastal Committee pass their wonderful knowledge onto us. Students loved socialising with their friends, being outdoors for the day in our beautiful environment and eating Fish and Chips for lunch. What a great way it was to celebrate a fantastic year of learning and all the hard work the students have put in throughout the year.
