It’s A Small World

Passport. Check! Suitcase. Check! Camera. Check! "Don’t forget your toothbrush!" Term 4 has gotten off to a wonderful start and we are thoroughly enjoying our new topic, ‘It’s A Small World,’ in Year One. We kicked things off by learning about the 7 continents: Asia, Africa, North America, South America, Europe, Oceania (Australia) and Antarctica. Now our bags are packed and we’re setting off on our world tour as classes “visit” wonderful and diverse countries around our world to learn about culture, languages, animals, food, landmarks and much more! We look forward to our students and their families sharing their connections to cultures and countries with us throughout the term!
