MAD Day Festivities

On Thursday the 13th of September, the Year 5 students were lucky enough to enjoy the excitement and view the hard work undertaken by the Year 6 students at MAD Day. The Year 6 students worked collaboratively to create a day that was filled with profitable, engaging, challenging and delicious activity based stalls. The Year 5’s were able to use silver coins to participate in a range of activity based games, with all profits being donated back into Torquay College’s School community. Some of the highlights included throwing sponges at the year 6 students, getting snapped at the photo booth and the DIY cupcake station. Well done to the Year 6 students and teachers. The Year 5’s had a ball.

Torquay College acknowledges the Wadawurrung people as the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we live, learn and play and recognise the resilience, strength and pride of all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
