AFL Regional Football Day

On Tuesday, Torquay College were lucky enough to have a team of footballers head off to Regional footy. It was a great day; in the first match, we played St Therese. It was a tough challenge but we did not succeed and lost by nine points. However, as the day went on we started to develop as a team and made it to the second final where we played St Therese from Melbourne. We continued our winning streak, beating them by 45 points. In the end we finished third in the region, which is a great achievement.
